These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 67pk website located at https://67pk.cam (the "Platform", "Site"), operated by 67pk ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing or using this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

67pk is an English-language online gaming information platform designed to serve Pakistani users and other users who access the site from their respective jurisdictions. • "Intellectual Property" — all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, design rights, database rights and other proprietary rights in and to the Platform and its Content.

By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or licence jurisdiction applicable to you;
2. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not legally prohibited from doing so in your jurisdiction;
3. You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional guidelines, policies or rules published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy;
4. You understand and acknowledge that gambling may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction, and that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of any referenced gambling service is lawful in your location;

• 67pk does not claim endorsement, authorisation or approval from any Pakistani government body, regulator or financial institution, including but not limited to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Easypaisa, JazzCash or Raast.
• References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this Platform are provided as familiar contextual references for Pakistani users only and must not be construed as implying those providers endorse or support gambling transactions.
• All Content on the Platform is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute gambling advice, financial advice, legal advice or any other form of professional advice.

Access to and use of the Platform is permitted only for individuals who satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Where the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction requires a higher minimum age, you must meet that higher requirement. The Platform does not target or knowingly provide content to minors. If we become aware that a user under the age of 18 has accessed the Platform, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate that user's access.

• Introduce any virus, Trojan horse, worm, time bomb or other malicious or technologically harmful code to the Platform;
• Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, including 67pk;
• Use the Platform in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage or impair the Platform or interfere with any other user's access to or use of the Platform;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform, any server on which the Platform is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the Platform;
• Use Platform Content for commercial purposes, including resale, sublicensing or incorporation into commercial products or services, without prior written authorisation from 67pk;
• Frame, mirror or embed the Platform on any other website or application without our prior written consent.

The Platform and all of its Content — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall design and appearance of the Platform — are the property of 67pk or its content licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark and database rights.

The 67pk name, brand identity and logo are trademarks of 67pk. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any right or licence to use the 67pk name, logo or other brand identifiers without our prior written consent.

You may print or download individual pages of the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that:

• You do not modify the Content in any way;
• All copyright and other proprietary notices remain intact;
• No graphics are used separately from accompanying text;
• Such use does not misrepresent 67pk, its Content or its relationship with any third party.

Any other use of Platform Content requires the prior written consent of 67pk. Requests may be submitted to our contact email address set out in Section 16.

9.1 No Warranties. The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability.

9.2 Accuracy of Content. While 67pk endeavours to ensure that Content is accurate and current at the time of publication, we make no warranty that all Content is complete, accurate, current or free from error. Online gaming operator terms, payment method availability, bonus conditions and legal frameworks change frequently. Users must independently verify information through the relevant operator's official platform before making any decision.

9.3 Not Professional Advice. Third-party operators, payment providers and other referenced entities operate independently of 67pk. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, or any sports organisation such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL), Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the International Cricket Council (ICC) on this Platform are provided as familiar contextual references only. Such references do not imply any partnership, endorsement, authorisation or affiliation between those organisations and 67pk.

67pk has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, terms or availability of any third-party platform, operator or service. You access third-party platforms entirely at your own risk.

Pakistan has restrictions on gambling activities. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 is the primary federal legislation governing gambling in Pakistan, and various provincial and territorial laws may impose additional or different restrictions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If such negotiation is unsuccessful within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration or, where applicable, the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
